Guardhouses

Innovative Building Solutions has a wide variety of construction, and ammenities when it comes to our pre-assembled buildings. We can provide anything from a ballistic rated guardhouse to a kiosk with a brick facade and standing seam metal roof. These pre-assembled buildings come completely wired per NEC code and have all the HVAC requirements. We offer many acrylic finishes, custom designs and other options to meet your exact requirements.

Field Offices

Re-locatable or permanent, large or small, Innovative BuildingSolutions has been providing pre-assembled offices for interior and exterior applications for growing companies. We can provide the highest quality field offices, shipping receiving offices, construction trailers with other almost unlimited applications. Two story units are available.

Control/Electrical Rooms

Innovative Building Solutions offers two sets of control room types: pre-assembled steel and panelized buildings. These hold standard and customized operator cabins and control rooms. enclosures. Our services include engineering, design, fabrication and supply of new or refurbished equipment. Computers and other sensitive electronic equipment is well-protected in environmentally-controlled rooms with outstanding insulation, and can be equipped with HVAC systems to provide constant temperature control. These modular office systems offer the advantage of quick set up, and can be easily broken down and reassembled with no loss of the original materials investment. Full assembled models with forkliftable floor structures are also available.

Crane Cabs

Innovative Buildings Solutions can provide new, totally preassembled crane or operator cabs, fully customizable. We also have the capability of retrofitting older or existing cabs to increase visibility or provide a better working environment in heavy industrial conditions.
